#3663 - Rolo Pretzels

1 bag salted mini pretzels (normal pretzel shape)
1 bag Rolo candies (unwrapped)
1 bag pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheets. To test the baking time, place ONE pretzel on the parchment paper and place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of the pretzel. Bake at 350 degrees 3-4 minutes or until Rolo is softened (but not melted). Remove from oven--place a pecan half onto the softened Rolo and press down slightly. Cool completely. Repeat with more pretzels, Rolos and pecan halves. Cool completely. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

#2861 - Coconut Pretzel Cookies

1 cup softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Domino's dark brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups miniature pretzels (coarsely broken)
1 1/2 cups Baker's angelflake coconut
1 1/2 cups M&Ms candies (plain, NOT peanut)

In a mixer add butter, white sugar and brown sugar--beat. Add eggs and vanilla--beat. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt--beat. Slowly add flour--beat. Remove bowl from mixer--add broken pretzel pieces, coconut and M&Ms--stir with a wooden spoon until mixed. Drop by spoonfuls on to greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing cookies from cookie sheets, then place them on paper towels to cool.

#1909 - Party Mix

5 cups Cheerios cereal
5 cups Corn Chex cereal
2 cups Planter's salted peanuts
1 - 1lb. bag M&Ms
1 - 10oz. bag mini pretzels
2 - 12oz. bags Nestle's white chocolate bits
3 TBSP canola oil

In a brown paper bag add Cheerios, corn Chex, peanuts, M&Ms, and pretzels--shake bag to mix. In a microwave safe bowl add both bags of white chocolate bits and canola oil--melt in microwave according to bag directions. In a large bowl add some of the Cheerios mixture--pour some of the melted chocolate over the top. Continue alternating Cheerios mixture and melted chocolate until both are used up. Spread the mixture into a single layer on sheets of wax paper. Once cooled, dump the mixture into a paper bag, close the bag and shake to break up any large pieces.

#1506 - Shredded Wheat Snack Mix

4 cups spoon sized shredded wheat cereal
2 cups popped popcorn
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/2 stick butter (melted)
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Spread the cereal, popcorn, pretzels and nuts evenly on a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan (with 1" lip). In a bowl add melted butter and Worcestershire sauce--stir. Use a teaspoon to carefully spread the butter mixture over the top of all ingredients. Sprinkle the Good Seasons powder over the whole top of the mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes--remove from oven and stir the mixture. Spread the stirred mixture back across the jelly roll pan. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool completely.
