#3278 - Orange Lime Punch

1 - 64oz. bottle red Hawaiian punch (or 2 - 32oz. bottles)
1 - 12oz. can frozen limeade concentrate (thawed)
2 - 6oz. cans frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 - 2 liter bottle 7UP or Sprite soda (cold)

In a large punch bowl add thawed limeade and both cans thawed orange juice--stir with a whisk until well mixed. Slowly add Hawaiian punch while stirring. Continue until all Hawaiian punch is added and punch is well mixed. When ready to serve add ice cubes and about 1/3 of the cold soda--stir. Taste--add more cold soda as needed.

#3221 - Peach Punch

1 - 64oz. carton Dole Orange Peach Mango juice (cold)
12oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 - 2 liter bottle 7UP soda (cold)
1 fresh orange (sliced)
1 jar maraschino cherries

In a punch bowl add the orange peach mango juice and the thawed orange juice concentrate--stir with a whisk until dissolved, then stir well. Add the jar of maraschino cherries including the juice--stir carefully until mixed. When ready to serve, add the whole bottle of 7Up--stir well. Float the orange slices on the top of the punch.

#3126 - Multi Flavor Punch

1 envelope cherry Kool-Aid
1 envelope strawberry Kool-Aid
2 cups Domino's powdered sugar
3 quarts water
1 - 6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 - 6oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
2 liters cold ginger ale (more if necessary)

Dissolve cherry Kool-Aid, strawberry Kool-Aid and powdered sugar in the water--stir well until mixed. Add the thawed orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate--stir until dissolved. When ready to serve, add half of the cold ginger ale--stir. Add more ginger ale if you wish.

#2849 - Frozen Citrus Pie

1 - 6oz. ready-made graham cracker crust
1 - 6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate OR frozen lemonade concentrate OR frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 pint good quality vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 - 8oz. Cool Whip (thawed)

Partially thaw the orange juice concentrate. In a mixer add the partially thawed orange juice concentrate--beat for 30 seconds. Add the softened vanilla ice cream--beat. Remove bowl from mixer--add Cool Whip--stir until blended. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer--let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

#2822 - Orange Tapioca Pudding

4 cups water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup Minute tapioca
1 - 6oz. can frozen orange juice (thawed)

In a saucepan add water, white sugar and tapioca--turn heat to medium, and bring to a boil while stirring. Once boiling, remove from heat--add thawed orange juice--stir to mix. Cool completely. Refrigerate until cold. Stir well before serving.

#2732 - Banana Fruit Punch

6 ripe bananas (peeled and mashed)
2 cans Minute Maid frozen orange juice concentrate
1 - 48oz. can Dole pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups white sugar
6 cups water
1 - 2 liter bottle 7UP soda (cold)

In a blender add some of the mashed bananas and a little of the pineapple juice--beat well, then puree the mixture. Repeat with all mashed bananas. In a saucepan add water and white sugar--cook/stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat--add both cans of frozen orange juice--stir until dissolved. In a large bowl add orange juice mixture, banana mixture and remaining pineapple juice--stir until mixed. When ready to serve, pour the whole mixture into a punch bowl, then add the whole bottle of cold 7UP and stir well.

#2648 - Hawaiian Strawberry Punch

1 - 32oz. can original Hawaiian punch
1 - 32oz. can pineapple juice
1 can frozen Minute Maid orange juice concentrate (no pulp)
1 - 2 liter bottle bottle of Sprite OR 7Up
1 box frozen strawberries (thawed)
2 oranges (sliced but not peeled)

Refrigerate Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice and Sprite until very cold. In a punch bowl add Hawaiian punch, pineapple juice and frozen orange juice concentrate--stir until orange juice thaws and mixes. Add thawed strawberries--stir. Add Sprite--stir to mix. Float the orange slices on top.

#2192 - Pineapple Tea Punch

1 large can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 large can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small jar maraschino cherries (do not drain)
1 - 48oz. can Dole pineapple juice
8 tea bags
1 pint of boiling water
3 cups white sugar
3 trays of ice cubes
3 quarts of ginger ale

In a bowl add tea bags, white sugar and boiling water--let it stand for 2 hours, then remove and discard tea bags. Stir the tea. In a large punch bowl add frozen lemonade concentrate, frozen orange juice concentrate, maraschino cherries and their juice, pineapple juice and tea--stir until mixed. When ready to serve, add ice cubes and ginger ale--stir.

#1389 - Frozen Fruit Salad

1 - 12oz. frozen orange juice (thawed)
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 - 8oz. cans Dole crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 cups cold water
2 cups white sugar
4 bananas (peeled and cut into coin shapes pieces)
1 - 10oz. jar maraschino cherries (do not drain)

In a large bowl add thawed orange juice, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and its juice, water, white sugar--stir until mixed. Add sliced bananas and maraschino cherries with juice--stir. Freeze until it forms a slush mixture, then stir and serve.

#502 - Citrus Punch

2 - 46oz. cans Hawaiian Punch
1 can frozen Minute Maid lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1 can frozen Minute Maid limeade concentrate (thawed)
1 can frozen Minute Maid orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 - 2 liter bottle Canada Dry ginger ale (more if you wish)
1 jar maraschino cherries (including the juice)

Chill the Hawaiian punch, cherries and ginger ale; thaw all other ingredients. Add all ingredients to a punch bowl EXCEPT the ginger ale--stir well. Add ginger ale and stir just before serving.

#438 - Brandy Slush

2 cups white sugar
7 cups water
4 teabags
2 cups boiling water
2 cups unflavored brandy OR 2 cups whiskey
1 - 12oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (do NOT mix by can directions)
1 - 12oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate (do NOT mix by can directions)
1 - 2 liter bottle Sprite soda

Use a saucepan and add the white sugar and 7 cups water. Bring to a boil, stir--turn stove off and let it cool to room temperature. Put the 4 teabags in a bowl and pour the 2 cups of boiling water over them--let it cool to room temperature, then remove the teabags and discard them. In a large plastic container or stainless steel pot, add the cooled sugar water, tea, 2 cups of brandy OR whiskey, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate--stir everything with a wooden spoon until completely mixed, then freeze it overnight. Remove from freezer, put 3 TBSP of the frozen mixture into a 6oz. glass and add Sprite until glass is full--stir. Return unused mixture to the freezer until you need more.
