1 heaping TBSP Dijon mustard
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
5 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper (to your taste)
In a bowl add Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil--stir well. Add salt and pepper to your taste--stir well. Use on a salad or on a fully cooked steak. Double, triple recipe as necessary.
