2 cups Libby's canned pumpkin
1 cup milk
5 eggs
1/2 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup white sugar
a dash of cinnamon
In a mixer add milk, butter, vanilla, Bisquick, white sugar and cinnamon--beat. Add eggs and pumpkin--beat until smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
