#3577 - Dove Snickers Cookies

1 bag Dove Promises milk chocolate candies
1 bag mini Snickers candy bars
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Domino's dark brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Unwrap and coarsely chop all of the chocolates and place them in a double boiler over low heat--cook/stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly. In a mixer add butter and brown sugar--beat. Add eggs, vanilla and baking powder--beat. Slowly add melted chocolate--beat. Slowly add flour--beat. Remove bowl from mixer. Unwrap a few of the mini Snickers at a time and coarsely chop them until you have 1 cup of chopped Snickers. Add chopped Snickers to the batter--stir well. Drop batter by spoonfuls on to greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.

#1841 - Apple Snickers

5 to 6 baking apples (washed, peeled and sliced into thin slices)
3 regular sized Snickers candy bars (unwrapped and chopped into small pieces)
2 TBSP butter
good quality vanilla ice cream

Grease a 1.5 qt. baking dish--set aside. Place the sliced apples in a microwave safe dish--microwave on high for 5 minutes. Place the hot sliced apples in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Dot the butter on top of the sliced apples. Spread the chopped candy bar pieces all over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes--check the apples for doneness. Serve in dishes (while it's warm) with vanilla ice cream on top.

#577 - Easy Snickers Pie

6 regular size Snickers candy bars
12oz. Cool Whip
1 ready-made graham cracker crust

Place Snickers bars in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until melted and you are able to stir the mixture. Add Cool Whip to the mixture and fold in Cool Whip using a spoon. Scoop mixture into the graham cracker crust evenly. Refrigerate at least a few hours before serving (preferably overnight). Top with more Cool Whip if desired.
