#29 - Egg Salad

8 hard boiled eggs
2 TBSP Helman's mayo
1 tsp. French's mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. white sugar
1/2 cup of finely chopped celery

Hard boil 8 eggs. Cool and peel eggs. Finely chop all eggs and place in large bowl. Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, white sugar, and celery. Mix by hand. Refrigerate.
