#3532 - Strawberry Coconut Frosting

4 cups Domino's powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter OR Parkay margarine (melted)
1/4 cup mashed strawberries
1/4 cup Baker's angelflake coconut

In a bowl add powdered sugar, melted butter, mashed strawberries and coconut--stir well, then beat with a spoon until thickened. If too runny, add more powdered sugar and beat again.
