#3362 - Hot Chicken Dip

1 - 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
8oz. bite sized cooked chicken pieces
1/2 cup Buffalo chicken wings sauce (your choice of spiciness)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions (chopped)
celery sticks (optional)

Spread the softened cream cheese in the bottom of a 9" pie plate. In a bowl add chicken pieces and wing sauce--toss to coat. Spread the chicken pieces over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the top. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Serve with celery or good quality crackers.
