4 TBSP softened butter
2 cups powdered sugar (sifted--measure before sifting)
1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
In a mixer add butter and vanilla--beat. Add cocoa--beat. Slowly add powdered sugar--beat until smooth. Use this mixture to frost cookies.
