#1792 - Corn Syrup Frosting

2 egg whites (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup Kayro clear corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

In a mixer add egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt--beat on high until peaks form. Add white sugar--beat until smooth. Add corn syrup and vanilla--beat until stiff peaks form.
