#1314 - Cream Cheese Egg Salad

1 - 3oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
2 TBSP butter (softened)
1 TBSP mayo
1 tsp. chopped onion (chopped finely)
1 TBSP white sugar
1/2 tsp. ground horseradish
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt (more if you wish)
1/4 tsp. pepper
garlic powder (to your taste)
6 hard boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)

In a bowl add cream cheese and butter--stir with a spoon. Add mayo, chopped onion, white sugar and ground horseradish--stir. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder--stir until mixed. Add chopped eggs--stir. Taste--add more salt if it tastes flat. Add more white sugar if too sour.
