#982 - Creamy Banana Frosting/Icing

(by Shirley McNevich)

2 cups Domino's powdered sugar
3 bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBSP milk

Mash bananas with a potato masher and place mashed bananas in your mixer. Add vanilla and milk--beat. Add powdered sugar slowly--beat. If too stiff, add a little more milk. If too runny, add more powdered sugar. Once you have the consistency you like, beat for 3 minutes to make it creamy.

Was delighted to find this recipe without cream cheese or butter. However, when I tasted it, it had that cutting sugar taste not softened by fat! So I added one tablespoon of soft butter and one teaspoon of almond oil and it did the trick for me!
