#562 - Pineapple Frosting

1/2 cup butter OR Parkay margarine
4 cups Domino's powdered sugar (sifted)
6 TBSP Dole crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 TBSP of the drained pineapple juice

In a mixer beat butter/margarine and powdered sugar. Add crushed pineapple--beat. Add the pineapple juice--beat. If the frosting seems too thick, add a bit more pineapple juice and beat.

this is one of the best icings ive tasted,after tasting it ,i suppose i wont ever buy store bought,just keep the few ingridients in stock and make my own..thank you so much!!

I made it but the butter curdled after adding the pineapple.

Try making it with margarine instead of butter if you have trouble with the butter curdling.

If it curdles, add more powdered sugar and beat again.
